ChatGPT & Claude Implementation for Business
Microsoft shops have Copilot partners. The OpenAI and Anthropic stacks deserve the same: specialists who pick the right plans, set up the data protections, build the custom GPTs and agents, and make sure the seats actually get used.
Why Hire a ChatGPT and Claude Specialist Instead of a Generalist?
Most Canadian AI consultancies specialize in the Microsoft stack: Copilot, Dynamics, Azure. That is the right call for Microsoft-first organizations. But if your business runs on ChatGPT and Claude, or should, the details that decide success live inside those two ecosystems: which of nine plan tiers each seat actually needs, how training-data exclusions differ between tiers, when a custom GPT beats a Claude Project, and when the API beats both.
We work in the OpenAI and Anthropic stacks daily, publish ChatGPT and Claude pricing guides in CAD that we keep current, and stay vendor-neutral where it matters: if scoring the options shows Copilot or Gemini fits your workflows better, that is what the written recommendation says.
Plan selection & licensing, in CAD
The right tier per seat across ChatGPT (Free, Plus, Business, Enterprise) and Claude (Free, Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise), with provincial tax included and the API costed as an alternative where it wins.
Secure workspace setup
Training-data exclusions, retention, workspace structure, and access configured before the team starts, documented for PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25.
Custom GPTs & Claude Projects
Repeatable team tasks packaged so the right way is the easy way: quoting GPTs, support-draft assistants, document-review Projects with your standards baked in.
Agents & API builds
Claude agents and OpenAI API workflows that run multi-step work inside your systems: intake routing, report generation, data entry between tools.
Role-specific training
Short, per-role training tied to real weekly tasks, because unused licenses are where most AI budgets die.
Measured rollout
A baseline before, a measurement after, and a written record of hours saved per workflow.
What Does Implementation Cost?
Fixed prices, quoted before work starts. Most teams begin with a plan, then build.

What does a ChatGPT and Claude implementation specialist do?
The same thing a Microsoft Copilot partner does for the Microsoft stack, but for OpenAI and Anthropic. We choose the right plan per seat (ChatGPT Free, Plus, Business, or Enterprise; Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise) priced in CAD, configure data-handling settings correctly before anyone pastes customer information in, build custom GPTs and Claude agents for your workflows, wire the APIs into your existing systems, and train the team by role. The goal is a deployment that gets used, not a pile of licenses.
Should my business use ChatGPT or Claude?
Usually the honest answer is a specific mix, not one or the other. ChatGPT is stronger for broad team familiarity, custom GPTs, and image work; Claude is stronger for long documents, careful writing, coding, and agentic workflows. Pricing differs by team size and tax province. Our Choose Your AI Tool engagement ($500 to $5,000) scores both, plus Copilot and Gemini, against your actual workflows and gives you a written recommendation in CAD. We are specialists in the OpenAI and Anthropic stacks but vendor-neutral in the recommendation.
How much does a ChatGPT or Claude rollout cost?
Fixed prices, published: a ChatGPT Stack & Cost Plan (plan-per-seat audit and roadmap) is $500 to $1,500. A written tool recommendation across ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and Gemini is $500 to $5,000. A first working AI system built on either stack is $1,500 to $3,500 in two weeks. Multi-workflow builds run $5,000 to $25,000. Subscriptions themselves run roughly $0 to $60 per user per month depending on tier; our pricing guides break down every plan in CAD including provincial tax.
Can you set up ChatGPT or Claude so it does not train on our data?
Yes, and this is the single most common thing we fix in existing deployments. Business tiers of both products (ChatGPT Business and Enterprise, Claude Team and Enterprise) exclude your data from training by default, and consumer tiers have settings that need to be configured deliberately. We set up workspaces, retention, and access correctly on day one and document where data flows for PIPEDA, and where applicable Quebec Law 25, compliance.
Do you build custom GPTs and Claude agents?
Yes. Custom GPTs for repeatable team tasks (quoting, support drafts, report generation), Claude Projects and agents for document-heavy and multi-step workflows, and API builds on both platforms when the workflow needs to live inside your own systems rather than a chat window. Builds start at $1,500 to $3,500 for a first system via the AI Starter Install.
We already pay for ChatGPT or Claude seats. Why is nobody using them?
Because licenses were bought before workflows were named. The fix is not more training on what AI is; it is wiring the tool into two or three specific weekly tasks per role, with templates and custom GPTs or Projects that make the right way the easy way. That adoption gap is exactly what our implementation engagements target, and why every one ends with role-specific training and a measured before-and-after.
