How does the commission work?

You earn a commission on every project a client you referred signs with us, typically a percentage of the first engagement. We agree on the exact structure on our first call, and reciprocal referrals work too. Some partners (especially accountants with independence obligations) prefer no fee at all; that works as well.

Will you try to replace the software I manage or recommend?

No. We only replace what makes financial sense for the client, and we tell them what to keep. QuickBooks and other deep-moat platforms usually stay. If you manage a client’s stack, you’re part of the scoping conversation.

What happens to my client’s data?

Builds are PIPEDA-compliant and client data stays on client infrastructure. We’re Canadian-owned and we put data-handling terms in writing in every engagement.

What makes a good first referral?

A client spending $2K+/month on software, or a team losing 5+ hours a week to one nameable manual task: invoice matching, intake chasing, report assembly, quote writing. If you can name the task, we can usually automate it.
