Yes. We do not resell any AI platform, take referral fees, or accept vendor incentives. Recommendations are scored against your weighted criteria. We will tell you in writing which vendors we have worked with before so you can judge for yourself.

DPA (data processing agreement), SLA, data residency and retention clauses, model training rights (does the vendor train on your data?), exit terms (data export, no lock-in), pricing escalators, and PIPEDA-specific clauses. We do not replace your lawyer; we surface the AI-specific issues your lawyer probably will not catch.

Typical engagement is 3-6 weeks. Week 1 is requirements and weighted scoring. Weeks 2-3 are vendor screening and shortlisting. Weeks 4-5 are scripted demos and scoring. Week 6 is contract review. We can compress if scope is narrow.

Then we will tell you, in writing. Sometimes the right answer is "wait 6 months and re-evaluate" or "build a thin wrapper instead." We get paid for the advice, not for forcing a buying decision.
